Any disputes between User and CressonStorage.com (which are not otherwise resolved by the Parties) shall be subject to arbitration based on the rules of the American Arbitration Association. No legal action may be brought by the User against CressonStorage.com or its subcontractors more than one year after initial term of this agreement.
